10. INDEMNIFICATION
The Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Landowner from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or resulting from the Lessee's use of the Property, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or death

- Violations of hunting laws or regulations
- Acts or omissions of the Lessee or approved hunters
11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Lessee acknowledges that hunting is an inherently dangerous activity and assumes all risks associated with hunting on the Property, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions and natural hazards
- Wildlife encounters
- Terrain hazards (cliffs, water, dense vegetation, etc.)
- Use of firearms and other hunting equipment
- Presence of other hunters on adjacent properties
12. GAME HARVESTED
All game legally harvested remains the property of the Lessee, subject to the following:

13. LANDOWNER RIGHTS
The Landowner reserves the right to:

14. ASSIGNMENT
This Agreement may not be assigned or transferred by the Lessee without the prior written consent of the Landowner.
15. TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated:
- By mutual written agreement of both parties
- Immediately by the Landowner for violation of any term of this Agreement
- By either party with _______ days written notice
Upon termination, the Lessee must immediately remove all personal property and cease all hunting activities.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements. This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
